Terms of Purchase

Private customers are asked to place their orders over our web site at, www.hobbex.com.
Companies are asked to place their orders by mailing us firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide your organization number, reference, billing address, delivery address, article number, quantity, e-mail address, mobile phone number and, if apply, c/o address.
The age limit for mail orders/web orders is 18 years. If you are under 18 parental signature is required.
Payment Method & SH Fee:
We accept credit card or debit card payments only. A shipping and handling fee of € 9 applies.
All prices from Hobbex are in EURO and include 25% VAT.
Period of Validity and Errors in Publications:
We reserve the right for price adjustments, price errors, changes in inventories and possible technical error on the website, browser, network and servers. We reserve the right to correct product texts, pictures and prices written or printed incorrectly on the website or in printed materials. We reserve the right to that our products may be subject to be sold out or become inactive.
If you do not collect the goods you ordered Hobbex will charge a fee equivalent to the costs incurred for the order, currently SEK 240: -/€ 25,-. You cannot place a new order until this fee is paid in full.
If the purchased item is in stock, we will ship your order within 1-3 working days (postal delivery do apply). Delivery is made to locations within the EU. If not all ordered items are in stock we can, if you wish, partial deliver your order. Please contact us it you wish partial delivery. Backordered items will be shipped free of charge as soon as they are in stock.
As a consumer you have the right to cancel you purchase at no cost if you do not agree on the proposed delivery time due to delay.
All shipments are insured. If the goods are damaged during transport, a claim should be, without delay, sent to the transporter (Post or the transport company). Visible damage is considered as transport damage.
Right of Withdrawal:
In accordance with the Act (2000: 274) Consumer Rights of distance contracts and home sales to be specified, you always have 100 days right of withdrawal on goods purchased on the internet from the date the goods were received. Once we have received the returned goods and they are in unaltered condition and in original packaging, we will reimburse you – including any applied fees, within 30 days. If you have purchased more items than returned, we will not reimburse the fees. Shipping and handling fees are the same no matter how many items you are purchasing and are therefore only reimbursed if the whole purchase is returned. Always enclose invoice and delivery note by withdrawal of purchase. In any dispute, we follow the National Board for recommendation. By returning goods make sure that you pack the product well because you, the customer, carries the risk and the cost of return shipments. For return address please see below. Always contact us prior to returning an item. Any damaged item (fabrication damage) or wrong delivery must be returned within 14 days. As a consumer you have the right to (according to KKL) place a claim of a purchase within 3 years from the date of purchase. Any claims should however be reported within reasonable time. Reasonable time is considered to be 2 months after date of purchase. If you want reimbursement for the purchase, is this considered as a withdrawal of purchase, please see the above terms “Right of Withdrawal”. Prior to returning a claim, please contact our service department at email@example.com and provide article no., selection name, date of purchase, delivery note-/order no., description of the problem, and your complete address. In many cases only a spare part is needed. We will then send it to you. However, if we need article in for further testing, we will send you a shipping label omitting shipping fees. There is a 1-year warranty on our goods. The warranty is valid from the date of purchase and covers fabrication and material defects. Any damage caused by normal wear or consumer articles are not covered under warranty. Furthermore, the warranty does not apply if damage is caused by negligence or an accident. If the damaged product is checked by our service and not found to be covered under warranty, the customer may be charged for the repair or examination cost. The delivery note is valid as proof of guarantee and should always be sent with the complaint. Return shipping cost is not included in the warranty.

Always contact us with any claim, we may be able to solve the problem over the phone. If you want to withdraw your purchase, you do not have to phone us. If you want to return a claimed article, we will provide you with a return shipment label after you have contacted us. By returns always include the delivery note and the completed claim form. The return should be well-wrapped in addition to the original packaging.
Hobbex register personal information. The data, which is updated regularly, is used in order to maintain customer relations and for our own marketing to you so you as a customer will be able to take part in interesting offers. You may at any time decline this and can once a year, free of charge, review your registered information. If you discover that any information we have is incorrect, we ask that you either send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org, call us at 033-13 71 40 or write to Hobbex AB, Box 927, 501 10 Borås. Your e-mail address will never be disclosed to other companies!
